MatchOracle does not handle deposits, withdrawals, payouts, or financial transactions.
MatchOracle does not provide bookmaker links or real-money gaming functionality.
The information in the app must not be treated as financial advice, betting advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of any outcome.
3. Prediction-Style Insights
MatchOracle may provide prediction-style insights based on football-related information, statistics, team form, fixture context, and other available data.
These insights are informational and entertainment content only.
Football matches are unpredictable, and no insight, statistic, prediction, or app feature can guarantee any result.
You are solely responsible for how you interpret or use information shown in the app.
4. No Guaranteed Accuracy
While MatchOracle aims to provide useful and timely football information, we do not guarantee that any fixture, score, match status, statistic, team information, prediction-style insight, performance result, or other content will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Football data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly reported, or changed after publication.
MatchOracle may update, correct, remove, or change content at any time.
5. Third-Party Data and Services
MatchOracle may rely on third-party data sources and infrastructure providers for fixtures, scores, statistics, match events, team information, standings, hosting, caching, and other technical functionality.
Third-party data and services may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, interruptions, outages, or unavailability caused by third-party data providers, hosting providers, network issues, device issues, operating system behavior, or infrastructure services.
6. App Availability
We may update, suspend, limit, modify, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability of MatchOracle.
Some features may depend on internet access, third-party data availability, backend services, device settings, or operating system permissions.
7. Push Notifications
If you enable notifications, MatchOracle may send or schedule app-related football updates and reminders.
You can disable notifications at any time in the app settings or in your device settings.
Notifications may be delayed, unavailable, or not delivered due to device settings, operating system behavior, network conditions, or service limitations.
8. Current Release and Payments
The current version of MatchOracle does not process payments, does not sell digital units, and does not provide active in-app purchases.
Prediction reveal is free in the current version.
If payments, digital units, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, additional terms or updated terms may apply.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to use MatchOracle lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- misuse the app or website;
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the app, backend, or website;
- reverse engineer, copy, modify, or exploit the app except where allowed by applicable law;
- overload, scrape, attack, or bypass technical protections;
- use MatchOracle in a way that could harm the service, its infrastructure, or other users;
- use the app for unlawful purposes.
10. Intellectual Property
The MatchOracle name, design, interface, content structure, app concept, and app-related materials are owned by or licensed to MatchOracle.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works from the app or website without permission, except where allowed by applicable law.
Third-party football data, team names, logos, competition names, and related materials may belong to their respective owners.
Use of such materials in MatchOracle is for informational purposes.
11. External Links and Content
MatchOracle may display or open external content, such as football-related web pages or support/legal pages.
External websites are not controlled by MatchOracle.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or accuracy of external websites.
Use external websites at your own discretion.
12. No Professional Advice
MatchOracle does not provide financial, legal, investment, professional, or betting advice.
Any information or insight shown in the app is informational and entertainment content only.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatchOracle and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, business, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the app or website.
This includes, without limitation, issues related to inaccurate data, delayed data, unavailable services, app errors, third-party data, notifications, predictions, statistics, match results, or service interruptions.

MatchOracle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not make warranties or representations that the app or website will be accurate, reliable, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.

We may update the app, website, and these Terms from time to time.
If we update these Terms, we will update the effective date on this page.
